Workplace Campaign

Workplace Campaign Giving through the workplace provides an easy, efficient and effective way to participate in community giving. Dollars designated to United Way's Community Impact fund will support outcome-focused programs within our communities that help individuals and families build self-sufficient lives. We know that critical needs must first be met in order to move people from survival to the path towards independence and security. Your gift will also support programs and partnerships that address the underlying causes of community conditions and create comprehensive solutions for lasting change.

Loaned Executive Program
Orange County United Way's Loaned Executive Program enhances the leadership skills of your employee while creating lasting, positive changes within our community and the lives of many deserving families.

By participating, you are extending your employees an opportunity of a lifetime. They not only benefit from leadership training in sales and public speaking, but also build relationships with key business partners. By getting out in the community, employees become more aware of the issues Orange County United Way is addressing and exhibit an increased commitment to long-lasting community change.
