United Way has launched California fires relief funds to assist fire victims. Please see more information below.

HILL AND WOOLSEY FIRES RELIEF FUND

Most recently, areas of Los Angeles and Ventura County have been devastated by wildfires- known as the Hill and Woolsey Fires. Aside from the natural disaster, many low-income communities and working individuals are often affected, creating long-term needs to reestablish their lives.

United Way of Greater Los Angeles, in partnership with United Way of Ventura County, have created the Disaster Relief Fund to help those impacted by the Hill and Woolsey Fires and other natural disasters in Los Angeles County and other areas of Southern California.

Please assist our economically vulnerable neighbors by making a donation today to assist with their recovery. A Facebook donation form is also available.

CAMP FIRE RELIEF FUND

United Way of Northern California (UWNC) has established a Fire Relief Fund to support victims of the Camp Fire. Please click the button to make a financial donation.

UWNC is also accepting applications for emergency cash assistance from those who lost their homes in the Camp Fire. These will be one-time grants designed to help with urgent basic necessities such as food, gas and clothing. Amounts given will depend on need and available resources. UWNC cannot guarantee that all applicants will receive funding. For more information call 530.241.2053 or email them.
