Join us for a 3-part women’s empowerment series focused on learning how other women get involved locally and globally to impact their communities.

Connect with more than 100 women for part 1 of the 2019 series of Local, Global & Me featuring an introduction to mindfulness. Attendees will hear from a successful banking professional on how practicing mindfulness is not only a personal skill – improving health, well-being and resilience – but is also an essential leadership tool which can inform and enhance our impact within our local communities, becoming a force multiplier to advance the common good.

Featuring Martha Wooding, Mindfulness Coach & Sr. Banker, Municipal Banking and Markets at Bank of America. With the combined experience of over 10,000 hours of daily meditation practice and almost ten years spent teaching mindfulness, Martha is no ordinary investment banker. From her vantage point of three decades in an intense and competitive industry, Ms. Wooding considers the workplace benefits of mindfulness to be just the beginning: the applications in our own lives and in our communities are endless as we grow our capacity for attention and joy.
