More than 60 organizations and agencies have signed on to partner with OC Reads, a local program driven by the Read Aloud: 15 MINUTES campaign to support early grade literacy in communities nationwide. Since OC Reads was publicly launched in March as part of the broader Educational component of United Way’s FACE 2024 community-wide action plan, the program has developed vital partnerships to help increase literacy amongst local youth.
