E-MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Setting Our Students Up For Success in Their Academic Endeavors and Beyond

Our e-Mentorship Program helps high school seniors from low-income families and underserved OC communities stay on track and graduate on time. Mentoring from leading local professionals and a robust virtual workshop series teaches students essential life and career skills to position them for success during school and beyond.

We are actively working to bring the e-Mentorship program back for the Class of 2027 and are excited about its return. We look forward to welcoming both new and returning mentors when the program resumes!


In the meantime, we are actively accepting donations to support the return of this program. Every contribution brings us one step closer to making e-Mentorship available to students. We also encourage you to register your interest to be among the first notified when applications open.

Three Program Components

  • Career Professional Mentors: Students are paired with a mentor who is a local career professional in a field they are interested in pursuing to receive guidance and support.
  • College and Career-Readiness Workshops: Students complete a comprehensive workshop series, which covers a wide range of topics from applying for financial aid and preparing for life after high school to prioritizing mental health and finding work-life balance.
  • Scholarship or Laptop: Upon completion of the 6 month program, students receive either a new laptop or a scholarship to set them up for success as they begin the next chapter of their lives.
