Strategic and dynamic financial industry leader with over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence
Irvine, CA. (June 2, 2025) – Orange County United Way today announced that Jeegisha Panchal has been appointed as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer.
“Jeegisha’s deep expertise in financial stewardship and her passion for mission-driven work make her an invaluable asset to the Orange County United Way team, and I am proud to have her serving as our new CFO,” said Susan B. Parks, President and CEO of Orange County United Way. “I’m confident that Jeegisha’s leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to create a better Orange County for all, and ensuring we continue to grow with integrity and impact.”
Panchal has over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence within a $2 billion global accounting firm. She began her career delivering audit and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients across the financial services, manufacturing, and non-profit industries, developing deep expertise in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and tax compliance. Her contributions included implementing cost-saving initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to improve performance.
In her most recent role, Panchal broadened her global impact by serving as a trusted advisor to CEOs, helping develop international networks and drive performance and growth.
Panchal holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
