Congratulations! You have been selected as the Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) for your company or organization. As an ECM, you will serve as a critical link between Orange County United Way and the people you work with every day. By doing so, you are helping us improve lives and strengthen OUR community.

When you step forward as an ECM, you make a positive impact on our community by building a stronger and healthier place to live and work every day. You educate your fellow employees about Orange County United Way and encourage them to contribute to United Way’s Community Impact Fund, the most effective way to support the Orange County community. Remember, the more people know about United Way, the more likely they will give their support. Your leadership in this campaign will touch the lives of hundreds of thousands who live in OUR community.

Your Orange County United Way Campaign Manager or Loaned Executive will work with you to ensure successful results. Like every worthwhile project, raising funds and resources to improve lives and strengthen OUR community is challenging but rewarding.
