As the Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) for your organization, you are a critical link between Orange County United Way and the people you work with every day. Your leadership in this campaign will touch the lives of hundreds of thousands who live in our community. The more people know about United Way, the more likely they will give their support.

We don’t make you go it alone. Your United Way Campaign Manager or Loaned Executive will work with you to ensure successful results, with training and support for:

• Building an employee fundraising team
• Coordinating speakers to come and discuss vital community needs
• Educating your fellow employees about United Way
• Showing teammates how their dollars have an impact in OC
• Encouraging co-workers to contribute to your Workplace Campaign
• Running fun employee engagement events to help you meet your goals
